We are working with an architectural consultancy delivering diverse, high‑profile projects across RIBA stages 1–5. You’ll lead design development, client liaison, technical detailing, and project delivery—from concept through to completion. Consultancy experience, a proactive mindset, and strong UK‑based RIBA/ARB credentials are essential
Key Responsibilities
*
Lead and manage architectural design projects from feasibility to completion.
*
Work across multiple sectors, including [e.g., commercial, education, healthcare, residential, industrial].
*
Provide strategic design consultancy and planning advice to clients.
*
Oversee project documentation in line with RIBA Plan of Work.
*
Prepare and present design proposals using AutoCAD, Revit, and/or other relevant software.
*
Conduct site assessments, coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other consultants.
*
Ensure compliance with building regulations, health and safety, and planning legislation.
*
Assist with bids, tenders, and client presentations.
Requirements:

Proven experience in running projects through all RIBA stages.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within multi-disciplinary teams
