We’re seeking a Lead Engineer – Life Style Products to join our rapidly growing team.
This pivotal role will operate in a hybrid capacity from our offices near Leamington Spa. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work alongside some of the most visionary minds in the automotive field.

What you’ll do
As a Lead Engineer you will have full ownership of delivering a portfolio of accessory products across one or more platforms, leading the technical direction, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Ownership of the delivery of a portfolio of accessory products from concept to production

Technical specification of accessories to meet product requirements ensuring the customers’ needs are met

Liaise with Design regarding A surface data, CMF input and supplier feedback

Liaise with Vehicle Engineering to ensure accessory product fitment, interfaces and system requirements are defined to allow Validation and Homologation in line with the vehicle

Engineering responsibility (including design and release) of accessory products

Deliver products against quality, cost and delivery targets by working with internal function groups as well as the supply chain

Mentor and support the professional development of team members

Solid design and product development experience

Solid Catia and 3DX experience
