We are working with a leading architectural practice who are currently looking to appoint a talented and imaginative 3D Architectural Visualiser to join their expanding team in Newark. With close to 90 staff across three UK studios, this respected and design-driven practice is renowned for delivering large-scale, technically complex architecture across the industrial, logistics, commercial, and infrastructure sectors.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key visual role in supporting the design and delivery of high-profile projects, including multi-unit industrial parks, large-format logistics hubs, and mixed-use commercial estates, with project values reaching up to £150m. 3D Architectural Visualiser Job Overview
- Create detailed and accurate 3D models from architectural drawings using software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and/or Revit
- Produce compelling, photo-realistic renderings and animations for use in planning presentations, design reviews, marketing material, and client pitches
- Work closely with architects and designers to interpret conceptual designs and bring proposals to life
- Review client feedback and make necessary updates to visual content, ensuring high levels of clarity and alignment with the architectural vision
- Contribute to creative discussions, team meetings, and visualisation strategy across projects

3D Architectural Visualiser Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year\’s experience in a visualisation role within an architectural or design-led environment
- Ideally some exposure to commercial, logistics, or industrial sector projects
- Strong proficiency in SketchUp, Twinmotion, Enscape, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Good working knowledge of AutoCAD and/or Revit is desirable
- A keen eye for detail, excellent spatial awareness, and a strong understanding of architectural composition and lighting
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and communicate design intent clearly through visuals
- Full-time office-based role (Newark), with some flexibility by agreement
