Pastoral Support Tutor
£26,716 – £29,196 per annum
37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

We are recruiting for an exceptional individual to join our outstanding Pastoral Support team, as a Pastoral Support Tutor to provide pastoral and academic support to our full-time learners on a 1:1 and group basis including weekly sessions of the tutorial programme. The work you do as a Pastoral Support Tutor will support and motivate our students to achieve their full potential at college, ensuring they have an outstanding and fulfilling experience at college.

As well as experience of supporting students aged 16-19, as a Pastoral Support Tutor you will be required to understand their support needs. You will also be highly motivated and have experience of target setting, working to tight deadlines and have proven time management and organisational skills.
