Job Overview
Retail Sales Representatives (RSRs) are brand ambassadors who energize our retail environment, build relationships, and educate customers about our products and services. They thrive in a dynamic setting, continuously learning and adapting to new technology and customer needs. Successful candidates will complete new employee training and develop their skills in a team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service, assisting customers online, via Customer Care, or in-store.
- Demonstrate products and explore customer needs to offer personalized solutions.
- Use digital tools effectively to enhance customer interactions.
- Build relationships with customers and collaborate with team members and other channels to ensure a seamless experience.
