Senior Chartered Quantity Surveyor Location: Leeds, United Kingdom Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Our client is a highly regarded multidisciplinary construction consultancy with multiple offices across the UK. We are looking to speak with a dynamic Senior Chartered Quantity Surveyor eager to take on a challenge and operate within a growing team. Key Responsibilities: Advising on procurement strategy, the whole tendering process, and risk management. Cost planning (using Cost Ex) at different RIBA stages; creating detailed cost estimates and advising cost implications for varying methods of construction. Managing and developing existing client relationships. Mentoring a team of graduates and acting as a point of contact for support. Skills & Experience: 3+ years post qualification experience in Quantity Surveying. RICS-accredited degree in Cost Management / Quantity Surveying. Evidence of pre-contract and post-contract QS experience. Achieved Chartered status (MRICS).
