Responsibilities
As the face of the business, you’ll be the first point of contact for all guests and staff—delivering a warm, professional welcome and ensuring everything runs like clockwork. You’ll take ownership of the front-of-house experience, from greeting visitors and managing meeting room bookings to issuing security passes and arranging refreshments or catering. You’ll also oversee day-to-day logistics including the onsite car park, helping to create a smooth and efficient workplace environment that supports both clients and colleagues.
Behind the scenes, you\’ll play a key role in maintaining operations—liaising with departments like IT and Facilities to ensure seamless service delivery. You’ll keep records accurate, manage contractor relationships, process purchase orders, and ensure equipment and spaces are well-maintained. With a sharp eye for detail, you’ll take the lead on health and safety checks, risk assessments, and support ISO audit preparation. You’ll also get stuck into event planning, helping to bring internal and client-facing activities to life with professionalism and energy.
