Our client is actively seeking a dedicated Recruitment Consultant to take over their established SEND desk in Northampton. This is a warm desk with existing relationships, but there is a strong expectation to develop and grow the business further.

The Role
- Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, understanding their staffing needs.
- Develop business opportunities through client meetings and networking.
- Source, screen, and place suitable candidates in SEND settings.
- Conduct candidate registrations in line with company regulations.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from candidate placement to aftercare.
- Achieve and exceed agreed KPI targets and financial goals.
- Provide exceptional service to clients and candidates alike.
