Job Description
- Manage and support a team of 4 (2 Tenancy Officers & 2 Customer Service Advisors)
- Lead on complex tenancy casework, including ASB and enforcement action
- Carry out sign-ups, end of tenancy checks, home visits, and mutual exchanges
- Work closely with external agencies and internal departments to support vulnerable residents
- Handle complaints, deliver excellent customer service, and ensure high standards of record keeping
- Deputise for the Housing Manager when needed
About You:
- Solid experience in social housing or tenancy management
- Confident leading and developing a small team
- Able to manage complex cases and engage with vulnerable residents
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Comfortable working in a busy, hands-on role in a collaborative environment
