We’re seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to join a leading UK-based eLearning provider. This is a hybrid role based in Leeds, offering up to £40,000. As an Instructional Designer, you\’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering high-quality eLearning content. Working across a broad portfolio – including compliance training and custom digital solutions – you’ll ensure all content is pedagogically sound, accessible, and engaging for learners across diverse sectors. You’ll collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), project managers, and multimedia teams to turn complex topics into effective, interactive digital learning.
