Job Purpose: To deliver high-quality business analysis (BA) services by assessing and understanding existing business processes, systems, and requirements, and translating them into technology solutions to support organisational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with internal and external customers to document user/customer requirements using various research methods, facilitating effective change and improved customer/user outcomes.
- Requirements and Process Mapping: Support the production of functional and non-functional requirements, business process mapping, modelling, and technology-related consultancy that requires analytical support.
- Business Process Analysis: Assist with capturing and modelling business processes, including root cause analysis, to enhance operational efficiency and robustness.
- Testing and Transition Support: Assist technology testers and operational teams in testing and preparing for solution deployment, as well as support during the transition to service.
- Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders to ensure solutions are practical, supported, and that service delivery issues are identified and addressed.
- Team Management: Oversee recruitment, performance, and development of team members to ensure required skills are available to meet service needs.

- Proven experience in business analysis within technology
- Systems implementation and optimisation experience
