We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic and empathetic person to join our Housing team.
As an IRL Manager you will deliver a high quality service to residents in one of our five Independent Retirement Living Housing schemes in New Haw. You will be responsible for providing a safe and secure environment for residents whilst promoting independence and encouraging social engagement. You will be the key contact for residents to assist with their enquiries and be responsible for creating a welcoming and supportive environment.
You will develop social activities at the scheme; build professional relationships with residents, their families and the Council’s partner agencies; and work within the tenancy services team to delivery an excellent service and contribute to the improvement of customer satisfaction.
