Job Description
Portico is seeking an experienced Parcel Porter to join our team based at the iconic Television Centre in White City. This Grade II listed building has been converted into luxury residences. Onsite amenities include the renowned Endo at the Rotunda restaurant and a gym wellness area managed by Soho House exclusively for residents and members.
Responsibilities include:
- Receiving parcels and registering them in the system
- Organizing parcels on the shelves behind the concierge desk
- Delivering or assisting with the delivery of large/heavy packages directly to apartments
- Delivering parcels to residents’ apartments upon request, subject to availability
- Handing over parcels to residents at the concierge desk
- Releasing emergency keys according to procedures
- Performing meter readings at residents’ requests
- Making reservations for property facilities (Meeting Room, Screening Room, Parking)
Hours: 40 hours per week, shifts from 9am-6pm, Monday to Friday.
Salary: £30,015 per annum

The ideal candidate must be capable of multitasking and willing to go the extra mile to exceed residents’ expectations. Our concierge team ensures all parcels are logged, requests are followed through promptly, with strong attention to detail and excellent customer service skills.
