The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.
Duties will include but not limited to making sure new patient appointments are booked on PAS within the target time, ensuring all outpatient clinics are fully utilized and cancelled slots filled effectively, assisting with any clinic prep and making sure clinics are appropriately covered.
The successful candidate must have a flexible approach, possess excellent communication skills, must be reliable, well organised and able to work as part of a team or independently, The post holder will need to check patient details against a range of data sets to ensure a high level of data quality. Attention to detail is crucial.
To process referrals in line with policies and procedures which will guarantee funding to the Trust
You will need to have excellent communication skills and be able to work in a calm, logical and methodical way. You must be able to multi-task whilst dealing with frequent interruptions, whilst always maintaining patient confidentiality.
