Our Employer Brand team is dedicated to crafting an employer brand strategy that authentically conveys and amplifies the benefits of working at Macquarie. You'll be part of a supportive global Talent Acquisition team, where everyone, no matter what role, contributes ideas and drives outcomes.

What role will you play?
As a fixed-term (12 month) Employer Brand Specialist, you will support our Americas and EMEA Employer Brand Lead on end-to-end recruitment marketing campaigns that build brand awareness and drive applications from our key talent segments. You will work across a variety of channels including our careers website, people blog, social media, email marketing, programmatic and biddable. You will use your storytelling skills to bring to life our employer value proposition, creating content that engages and nurtures candidates, and play a key role in creating internal marketing campaigns to engage current employees in our employer branding efforts. A key project over the next twelve months will integrating our new Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) system.
What you offer
- 3+ years' experience in brand, communications and/or digital marketing. Employer brand or recruitment marketing. Experience working with a CRM is desired, using Avature is a plus.
- Strong project management skills and some experience working on integrated marketing campaigns.
- Experience working across a variety of digital marketing channels including website, social media, email marketing and programmatic.
- Good written and verbal communication skills including creative writing.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
