Essential criteria
- BSc Radiography (Hons) or Diploma of College of Radiographers (or equivalent)
- HCPC Registered
Desirable criteria
- Certificate in cannulation
- Completion of \’red dot\’ course or equivalent to
Experience
Essential criteria
- Extensive experience of working in an acute hospital
- Extensive experience in general radiographic practice
- Some experience working in CT
- Some previous experience in a leadership role
Desirable criteria
- Experience working in cardiac catheterisation Lab
- Fluoroscopy trained with some experience
Skills
Essential criteria
- Skilled in performing cross-sectional/cardiac imaging
- Participate in first line image interpretation.
- Computer literacy, with excellent computer / keyboard skills / mouse skills
- Commitment to governance and audit
Desirable criteria
- Ability to undertake range of both general & specialist cardiac catheterisation examinations
Knowledge
Essential criteria
- Understanding of IRMER and other regulations relevant to post
