Overview Are you an experienced Health Team West Park in Inverbervie and Team Riverside Stonehaven, ensuring that they are professional, accountable, engaged and motivated resulting in them delivering first class, high quality care and support. You’ll also contribute to making sure that our service is running within agreed budgets and in conjunction with our contractual requirements. Here at Cornerstone, the support that we provide is centred around assisting individuals to identify and work towards their goals. We work with the individuals to develop personal plans that reflect their choices, individual support needs and capabilities. Working alongside our Service Lead, as a Lead Practitioner , you\\\’ll demonstrate great communication, organisational and interpersonal skills and will lead and inspire your teams.
