Salary: £62,195 for the first 12 months as a qualified driver, increasing to £69,105 thereafter.

We are recruiting for a Talent Pool of Qualified Train Drivers passionate about delivering exceptional rail services with rewards, modernized fleets, and a focus on safety and customer satisfaction.

As a Qualified Driver, you will drive through some of the UK\’s most beautiful countryside. We set new standards for rail travel, emphasizing a relaxing, efficient, and friendly experience.

You will need to work various shifts and reside within an hour\’s travel of the depot.
