We are looking for a Full time or Part time Registered Staff Nurse to join our team at Beverly Lodge Nursing Home on a permanent basis. Shifts are 12 hours long on nights, starting from 20:00 – 08:00, between Monday to Sunday.
Sponsorship is not available for this role.
Duties
- Provide a high standard of nursing care.
- Plan and implement care programmes in agreement with clients and carers.
- Ensure all records are maintained as per company and legislative guidelines.
- Direct ancillary staff in providing high-quality care and assist with personal care duties as appropriate.
- Assist with staff training.
- Promote Primary Nursing in accordance with company policy.
- Adhere to all company policies, including Health & Safety and Manual Handling.
- Maintain effective communication with resident families, multidisciplinary teams, and others as appropriate.
- Attend staff meetings and training sessions as required.
- Follow the NMC Code of Professional Practice, stay updated on nursing developments, and pursue continuous professional development.
- Participate in staff appraisals as applicable.
- Follow procedures in the absence of the Manager.
