Kitchen Team Leader – London Sidcup Premier Inn
Join our team at Premier Inn Sidcup as a Kitchen Team Leader and advance your Chef career. You’ll manage daily kitchen operations – overseeing rotas, food orders, leading during busy services, and maintaining audit standards. Working closely with your Hotel Manager, you’ll take full ownership of the kitchen, including food quality and hygiene standards. This hands-on leadership role is ideal for those aiming to develop into a Head Chef.

Up to £14.31 per hour
HOURS:
30 hours per week across 5 days, including weekends – guaranteed hours for planning your week

As a Kitchen Team Leader, you’ll take the next step in your Chef career. You’ll lead our kitchen team, prepare meals, and make a significant impact as part of Whitbread, the UK’s leading hospitality business.
• Manage food ordering, stock control, and food costs across the hotel
• Lead during service – organizing the team, managing workflow, and ensuring smooth operations
