Duties of a Hales Care Assistant

You will support and provide person-centred care to a range of individuals with different needs. You will be expected to carry out the following tasks:

  • Provide companionship
  • Support with physical and social activities
  • Assist with personal care tasks, e.g. dressing, showering and bathing
  • Promote and support and the physical, emotional and well-being of our service users
  • Ensure records and documents are completed in line with our policy.
  • Support with medication, mobility, and other care needs
