Full-Time | Remote | Flexible Hours (EU & US overlap)

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Hopping on discovery and strategy calls with warm leads (inbound and qualified outbound)
  • Conducting preliminary account analysis using tools like Helium10, DataDive, or similar to identify key opportunities
  • Actively listening to clients, identifying pain points, and offering relevant, tailored solutions
  • Maintaining and updating CRM with lead statuses, notes, and follow-up actions
  • Collaborating with internal team members (PPC strategists, audit specialists) to support proposal building
  • Following up proactively to keep deals moving forward
  • Closing deals and helping clients feel confident in our ability to scale their Amazon and/or TikTok Shop presence

What We’re Looking For

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

  • Proven sales or closing experience in the eCommerce or digital marketing space
  • Familiarity with CRMs and sales automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive)
  • Working knowledge of Amazon platform, Amazon PPC, and TikTok Shop platform
  • Excellent communication and consultative sales skills
  • Strong listening, empathy, and ability to uncover true business challenges
  • Organized and detail-oriented with good time management and follow-up discipline
  • Proactive, self-starter attitude—you take ownership of your pipeline

Bonus if you have:

  • Previous experience selling Amazon agency services
  • Understanding of Amazon KPIs like TACoS, ACOS, BSR, etc.
  • Ability to do light analysis with tools like Helium10, DataDive, Amazon Search Query Performance, etc.
