Be a part of something inspirational
Sport Lancaster has recently embarked on an exciting period of change and development, presenting a broad range of opportunities within an emerging and dynamic environment. By joining our team at this pivotal stage, you’ll be part of shaping the future of Sport at Lancaster University — and part of something truly inspirational.
The University has made substantial investment in Sport Lancaster in recent years. One of the most notable developments is the opening of a brand-new 8-court badminton sports hall in June 2020, adding to our already outstanding sports facilities.
Sport Lancaster operates from a purpose-built Sports Centre, home to an impressive 8.5m climbing wall, multi-functional Sports Halls, a Swimming Pool, Sauna and Steam Room, a 100-station Technogym Fitness Suite, and Squash Courts. In addition, we manage the University’s vast outdoor sports facilities, which include Rugby Pitches, 3G surfaces, Tennis Courts, and more.
Our facilities are owned and managed by the University and are open to students from across the UK, University staff, and members of the wider local community. We are also proud to regularly host a number of national sporting events throughout the year.
Our dedicated team members take pride in their knowledge, professionalism, and experience in their respective fields. We strive to inspire our customers to lead more physically active lives by fostering a supportive community that encourages individuals to become stronger, fitter, and more confident. We welcome people of all backgrounds and abilities, and our facilities are fully accessible to everyone.
About the Role
