We are recruiting for enthusiastic Customer Experience Assistants to join our team as we gear up for a busy Autumn-season! This is a fantastic opportunity to bring your passion for hospitality to life in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment across our vibrant venues.
Both casual & contract positions are available, and though the majority of our team are part-time workers, there is the potential for contracts for 30 hours+ for the right candidate.
About The Role
As a Customer Experience Assistant, you will:
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring every guest has a safe and positive experience.
- Prepare and serve drinks in our bars, delivering outstanding customer service during high-volume periods.
- Serve food and drinks from our Café and Restaurant spaces, upholding our brand standards and adhering to appropriate Health, Safety and Hygiene practices.
- Assist in providing hospitality for corporate events, conferences, and special occasions.
About You
We’re looking for individuals who:
- Have experience working in restaurants and bars and have demonstrable skills from this experience
- Are confident and customer-focused, putting the guest experience at the heart of everything they do.
- Have regular availability for evening and weekend shifts, particularly Fridays and Saturdays.
- Aged 18 or over (due to licensing laws)
