Description Are you an experienced Operations Manager with a passion for driving efficiencies and leading teams? Client based near Stansted, Essex is seeking a proactive and solution-focused individual to oversee their Operations function. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic and fast-paced business, ensuring the timely delivery of stock items to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team, including Valet and Workshop Team, ensuring productivity and efficiency. Maintain communication with directors and staff to align operations with business goals. Uphold required standards in machinery repair, maintenance, and presentation. Oversee stock processing, including prioritising workloads, parts ordering. Oversee logistics, including the collection and delivery of stock.
