Graduate teaching assistant | Liverpool area | From £89 per day | Full-time and Part-time availability. Are you a graduate looking for a new and exciting opportunity? Axcis are a special educational needs agency who work across the country to provide short and long- term positions within a range of educational settings. These posts can be both full-time and part-time, as well as day to day cover. We provide competitive daily rates starting from £89 per day and are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are ready to start in the new academic year. We are looking to recruit enthusiastic and compassionate graduate teaching assistants in the Liverpool area and have many schools that are eager to work with graduates who show initiative and have a positive attitude when supporting those with special educational needs. These education settings include: • Mainstream schools • Pupil referral units • Alternative provision • Primary and secondary schools In these rolls you will be supporting children who have a range of special educational needs so the ideal candidate will need to have experience working or studying in a relevant area. There are a wide variety of positions available with Axcis and experience in all areas or directly in a classroom setting is not essential. If you have relevant professional or personal experience, then we want to hear from you! What we need from you: •At least 6 months personal or professional experience supporting adults or children with special educational needs. OR A certified qualification in a relevant area- education, psychology, drama etc •A graduate teaching assistant with a patient, compassionate and positive attitude. •Flexibility to work in school hours- contracts are usually 8:30am until 3-4:30pm depending on the school. •Ability to reliably commute to settings either by driving or public transport.
