What we’re looking for…

As our Customer Collaboration Coordinator your role is all about building strong relationships! Think of them as the friendly face of our supply chain for our customers, making sure their needs are met. They also play a crucial role in creating accurate sales forecasts, helping us anticipate what our customers will need. Internally, they\’re a key partner for our Sales/Commercial and Supply Planning teams, ensuring everyone is on the same page.

At its heart, this role champions Collaborative Planning, Forecasting, and Replenishment (CPFR) principles. This means working hand-in-hand with our customers to make sure our products reach consumers smoothly and efficiently. Most importantly, the CCC proactively keeps customers in the loop, providing timely updates to ensure they always receive excellent customer service.

As our Customer Collaboration Coordinator you will

  • Be the Forecasting Champion: You\’ll create and manage accurate sales forecasts (short, medium, and long-term, up to 18 months) for your customers. These forecasts are super important for both our internal planning and meeting customer expectations.
  • Boost Performance & Service: You\’ll continuously work to improve key metrics like how accurate our forecasts are, perfect order delivery, and making sure every customer order is filled completely and on time.
  • Build Strong Customer Partnerships: You\’ll develop great relationships with our customers, always striving to deliver top-notch service. This includes collaborating on plans and making sure all big events are smoothly executed, aligning with both our capabilities and customer needs.
  • Collaborate on Solutions: You\’ll be a go-to person for customer delivery needs, working with internal teams to make sure we can always meet them. This also extends to acting as the supply chain lead for any customer queries, escalating problems, and tackling service challenges, while helping our commercial team seize new opportunities.
  • Drive Innovation & Efficiency: You\’ll play a key role in new product launches and company-wide projects, offering your expertise on customer and demand insights. You\’ll also help identify and pursue cost-saving opportunities, sometimes even by developing shared service agreements with customers.
  • Grow & Develop: We encourage continuous learning! You\’ll maximize available resources to develop your skills and drive performance forward.
  • Support and Empower Our Team: You\’ll be a vital part of the Customer Services Team, ensuring everyone feels supported, respected, and has the chance to grow. We\’re looking for a positive, \”can-do\” attitude to help us all succeed!
  • Boost Team Knowledge & Skills: You\’ll help develop our Customer Service team\’s expertise and continuously seek ways to improve your own skills and those of any team members you manage.
  • Champion the Customer Journey: You\’ll build strong partnerships, guiding the customer journey from forecast right through to delivery. Your goal is to meet service levels efficiently, and where it makes sense, you\’ll even develop service agreements tailored to their needs.
  • Share Insights & Build Bonds: Get ready to create and share presentations that help us truly understand our customers\’ priorities, deepening our relationships along the way.
  • Ensure Smooth Sailing: You\’ll help manage customer orders, questions, and any concerns, always aiming for a positive outcome that protects our reputation. You\’ll also proactively keep customers in the loop about deliveries or stock issues.

What you’ll bring…

We\’re looking for someone who really gets demand planning and CPFR (Collaboration, Planning, Forecasting, and Replenishment). You should have a solid grasp of forecasting tools and advanced planning systems, ready to jump right in.

You\’ll thrive here if you have proven experience in a fast-paced demand planning or customer operations team, with a clear track record of making things better. We\’re seeking a highly analytical individual with awesome communication and influencing skills, able to connect effectively with people at all levels across the business, using various tools.
