The Role: HR Coordinator: Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, liaising with relevant internal teams to ensure a smooth experience for new starters. Ensuring new starters have the correct right to work documentation in place, in line with UK legislation Provide general HR support and guidance to managers and employees on matters including absences, disciplinaries, maternity, paternity, and other HR related queries. Support the HR Business Partner (HRBP) by drafting and issuing formal documentation relating to employee relations and operational activities. Run HRIS reports, interpret data, identify trends or concerns, and make recommendations based on findings. Produce ad hoc HR reports as required across the organisation. Assist with the monthly payroll process, ensuring accuracy and responding promptly to payroll related queries. Perform a range of HR administrative tasks to support the wider HR team as needed. Stay up to date with employment law and legislative changes, reviewing and updating internal HR policies and procedures where necessary. Support disciplinary and grievance processes, including taking notes and providing procedural advice. Coordinate the leaver process, ensuring departing employees are supported with required documentation and conducting exit interviews. What We’re Looking For If you’re CIPD Level 3 qualified, highly organised and love working in a fast paced environment, you’ll fit right in.
