Internal International Sales Executive Location: Aston (hybrid) Salary: £26,500 plus performance related bonus (up to £10k pa) Job Type: Permanent An exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven and customer-focused Internal International Sales Executive to join an established, but still growing, global organisation. In this role, you will work closely with both internal and external sales teams to increase revenue through international partners, while delivering exceptional service to clients across global markets. Your contributions will play a pivotal role in the company\’s success in expanding its reach and reinforcing its commitment to client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: * Drive sales growth across the full product portfolio by identifying and acting on cross-selling and up-selling opportunities. * Contacting existing and prospective customers to increase existing and generate new revenue. * Manage customer enquiries, quotes, and orders efficiently and accurately. * Maintain strong customer relationships by providing high-quality service and timely communication. * Collaborate with other departments and contribute to ongoing process improvements. * Keep customer records up to date and follow all company policies and procedures. What We’re Looking For: * GCSEs including Maths and English (Grade C or above). * Fluency in French or German is essential. * Strong communication and teamwork skills with a proactive, customer-first mindset. * Ability to manage workload effectively and adapt to changing priorities. * Experience or knowledge of export/import processes is desirable.
