Sterling Recruitment Services are looking to recruit a Site Administrator for our client based on Wilton, Redcar. Working hours: 8am – 6pm Monday to Thursday and 8am – 1pm Fridays Please note this is a temporary contract until November 2025. Duties: Co-ordinating and completing site documentation and clerical works, liaising with Head Office and the Quality Management Representative as necessary. Co-ordinating and completing site safety and waste documentation and Site Health & Safety File with Safety Manager, SHEQ Director and SHE Manager. Dealing with incoming mail (electronic and paper) and updating the Site Manager as required. Ordering of the stores, as directed by Site Manager. Ensuring that any accidents or dangerous occurrences are reported to the Site Manager immediately. Maintaining accurate records and data as directed by the Site Manager, SHEQ Director/SHE Manager and Quality Management Representative. Maintaining & monitoring operatives\’ training/medical records, liaising with the Training & Safety Departments to book training and medicals as required to ensure necessary certificates are always in date. Completing weekly timesheets for site operatives from the daily register, and liaising with payroll department to resolves any payroll queries. Liaising with various company departments and the Site Manager to ensure that all records are documented and current. Maintaining company office notice boards, ensuring information is current and correct, in liaison with the SHEQ Director and the Quality Management Representative. Dealing with lorries – deliveries and collections Reception duties which will include keeping a log of visitors and some light housekeeping duties (keeping site office tidy). – Supporting Site Manager as required. – Any other Adhoc duties as required appropriate to the Administrator\’s role
