Job Description:
The Technical Project Manager will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Project Planning and Initiation:
- Develop a detailed project plan outlining the phases, milestones, and deliverables.
- Conduct a project kickoff meeting with key stakeholders to align on objectives and expectations.
- SailPoint ISC Deployment:
- Oversee the installation and configuration of SailPoint ISC.
- Ensure integration with existing systems and applications.
- Coordinate with the IT and security teams to ensure a smooth deployment.
- Decommissioning of Bespoke Tools:
- Identify and document all bespoke tools currently in use for identity governance.
- Develop a decommissioning plan, including timelines and risk mitigation strategies.
- Ensure data migration and transition to SailPoint ISC.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Regularly communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
- Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather requirements and provide updates.
- Testing and Validation:
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure the functionality and performance of SailPoint ISC.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and address any issues identified.
- Training and Documentation:
- Provide training sessions for end-users and administrators on the new system.
- Develop comprehensive documentation, including user guides and technical manuals.
- Project Closure:
- Conduct a project review and obtain sign-off from stakeholders.
- Ensure all project deliverables are completed and handed over to the operations team.
