Contract Performance Analyst Employment Type: Permanent Hours: 37 hours per week Salary: Competitive Location: Worthing (Hybrid, 2 days in the office and 3 days WFH) We are looking for two Contract Performance Analysts to join our team. The successor will manage, coordinate, and report on planned and reactive work orders carried out by Wastewater Networks contractors, ensuring delivery of high-quality customer service, asset serviceability, and compliance with statutory, regulatory, and Southern Water business obligations. To be successful in this role, you would need to have: * Evidence of continued professional development (CPD) in utilities, infrastructure, or contract management. * IOSH certification (health & safety awareness). * Experience working with contractors and third-party suppliers, including performance tracking and claims handling. * Proven ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities, especially during incidents or adverse events. * Involvement in audit, reporting, or process improvement initiatives. * Analytical Thinking – Ability to interpret complex data, assess work scopes, and evaluate performance and risk. * Organisational Skills – Manages multiple workflows and priorities in a fast-paced, reactive environment. * Communication Skills – Clearly conveys technical and operational information to a range of audiences, both written and verbal. * IT Literacy – Proficient in asset/work management systems, Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and reporting tools
