Receptionist  We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist to start 4th August – 25th – with the potential for an extension – The role is located in Central London- Waterloo £14 an hour WHO WILL YOU BE WORKING FOR? Are Client is an award winning environmental consultancy, Providing Planning, and Landscape design.  They provide these services to the Public and Private Sector.     WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? Covering the Reception desk and welcoming staff and visitors to the office Answering general phone calls to the company using the Microsoft Teams telephone platform – full training will be given on how to answer and transfer calls Ensuring the office is safe and tidy at all times including regular checks of fire exits Setting up the meeting room for any booked meetings, whether clients or staff, including arranging and providing for refreshments when required Checking and arranging for the ordering of stationery supplies Checking and arranging for the ordering of canteen supplies Accepting deliveries to the office Assisting with travel bookings – train, car hire and hotel bookings using specific online platforms. Full training will be given. Assisting with any staff queries and helping with general admin tasks as and when possible. ABOUT YOU Highly professional and personable  Reception or customer service experience Good knowledge of MS Office and Outlook Interest in the environment and Design is helpful
