Join us as a Senior CX Researcher – 12 month FTC in our Customer Experience team to help deliver actionable insights, and ensure we are putting our community members at the centre of decision making.
This is an amazing opportunity for a research professional who has a strong understanding of research methodologies and the ability to ask the right questions and identify the most effective research and analytical methods to solve business problems.

- You’ll be working on two core capabilities within the team – leading the delivery of brand health tracking and co‑ordinating our community research panel, helping us to deeply understand our community members and placing you at the heart of our rapid growth into a billion‑dollar global business.
- This role is genuinely important to our service performance delivering actionable insights into our current and future customers and utilising a range of qualitative and quantitative research techniques to better understand our community and their needs.

- Able to lead both quant and qual research to a high standard.
- Able to synthesize data and insights from a variety of data sources into one cohesive story including secondary market data and primary research outputs.
- An ability to understand the big picture and where Brand research can add value to strategic decision making.
- Demonstrated experience in sharing insights and driving change across a large organisation.
- Ability to work as part of a high performing team, supporting the development of more junior team members.
- Superb presentation skills, able to confidently explain findings to both technical and-technical stakeholders in an engaging way.
- Able to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Able to effectively manage multiple projects, proactively raising risks and blockers to management.
