Overview
First Choice Homes Oldham (FCHO) invites applications for an Apprentice Neighbourhood Care Planner to join the Neighbourhood Care team for a period of 24 months, while working towards gaining a Level 3 in Business Administration qualification. The role is permanent and part-time, located in Oldham, Greater Manchester. You will be paid at National Minimum Wage for your age. The role focuses on delivering high-quality administrative support and efficient scheduling for the Neighbourhood Care Team.
- Raising and allocating work orders
- Ensuring timely job distribution to operatives
- Monitoring workload and resources in real time to address issues promptly
- General administrative duties such as updating records, arranging meetings, and managing documentation to support the team effectively
