REClifts is recruiting for a specialist Lift Repair Engineer / Hydraulic Lift Engineer on behalf of a well-regarded hydraulic lift engineering company with Nationwide coverage. This role will be based entirely in the Isle of Wight .
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer to join a supportive team, focusing on hydraulic lift systems in a varied and rewarding role.
The Role: Lift Repair Engineer / Hydraulic Lift Engineer
- Carry out hydraulic lift repairs, modernisations, and refurbishments
- Diagnose faults and perform effective repairs on a range of hydraulic lift systems
- Undertake upgrades and component replacements
- Ensure all work complies with health & safety standards and industry regulations
- Complete job reports and maintain accurate records
- Work independently and liaise with clients on-site
Requirements: Lift Repair Engineer / Hydraulic Lift Engineer
- Proven experience in hydraulic lift repair and modernisation
- NVQ Level 3 in Lift Engineering or equivalent (preferred)
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills, particularly on hydraulic systems
- Full UK driving licence
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated and organised
