Are you a practical, hands-on engineer looking for a field-based role where every day is different?
We’re looking for a Field Service Engineer to join a growing technical team supporting sites between Bristol and Birmingham. If you’re based along the M5 corridor – Gloucester, Cheltenham, Worcester, or nearby – this could be your ideal next move.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a key member of the Field Service Team, you’ll:
- Install, maintain, and repair water treatment systems at customer sites
- Carry out scheduled and ad-hoc service visits
- Respond to emergency call-outs (on a rota)
- Diagnose faults and repair or replace equipment
- Support with new system installations and commissioning
What you need for this role
- Mechanical/Electrical Engineering background (Level 3+)
- Previous experience with plant maintenance or fault finding
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in the field
- UK driving licence
- Willingness to travel across the region and work occasional weekends/on-call
Even Better If You Have:
- Electro-mechanical apprenticeship or ONC/HNC in Engineering
- Experience working with water purification equipment
