Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Input into the LSM (Local Store Marketing) strategy led by the Senior LSM Manager.
- Review existing store marketing plans and identify opportunities for improvement, aligned with the LSM strategy.
- Analyze the success of LSM activities and implement improvements based on findings.
- Enable business owners/partners to execute national marketing programs effectively at the local level.
- Manage analysis of underperforming stores to identify issues and develop solutions.
- Coordinate with support teams to develop recovery packages when necessary.
- Coordinate marketing execution for new store openings, ensuring sales objectives are met and budgets are properly spent.
- Manage the budget for new store openings.
- Deliver training workshops to educate franchisees on sales-driving practices.
- Collaborate with Operations to review store plans and address needs.
- Ensure brand values are incorporated into all assets.
- Manage local Facebook pages for all stores.
- Lead digital asset management, including photoshoots and online portal management.
- Keep the LSM online toolkit updated.
- Share best practices with other LSM managers and shape tactical activity strategies.
- Contribute content to LSM materials such as handbooks and digital assets.
- Work with support teams to ensure flawless project execution.
