THE ROLE
My client is seeking an OFFICE MANAGER with fluent German and English to join them in BERLIN, GERMANY.
You are likely to be a 2nd Jobber with excellent skills, as my client seeks around two or three years of relevant experience.
You will be a good organiser, able to book travel and accommodation, work closely with the HR and IT teams to oversee the onboarding process, conduct office tours, and deal with office expenditure.
You will organise office socials and events, manage new joiners, and handle general Human Resources tasks.
You will create reports, presentations, and handle printing and binding for bids.
You need good IT competency and should be able to use Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Word.
