We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Records & Information Management Associate to join our team. This position requires a proactive individual who is capable of working independently as well as collaboratively. The successful candidate will support day-to-day operations related to document management, transportation, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform driving duties between client sites as required (valid, clean driving license is essential).

  • Handle and transport boxes to various internal and external areas in a safe and efficient manner.

  • Welcome and assist new customers, ensuring a positive onboarding experience.

  • Receive incoming records and assess them for compliance with our conditions of acceptance.

  • Accurately book in records and input data into internal systems, such as Cimage.

  • Scan and index records for digital archiving and retrieval.

  • Prepare records for archiving, including data validation and physical preparation.

  • Conduct quality checks to ensure records meet archival standards.

  • Retrieve archive boxes and specific documents as requested by customers.

  • Perform document research and retrievals to support customer queries and requests.

  • Generate and review system reports in preparation for archiving or auditing processes.

Qualifications:

  • Must possess a valid and clean driving license.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

  • Experience with document management systems (e.g., Cimage) preferred.

  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle physical workloads.

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.

  • Ability toworkindependently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
