Job Description:

What you will be doing…

  • Lead the sales process from initial contact through negotiation and closing of deals, ensuring all sales targets and KPIs are met or exceeded.
  • Maximise sales opportunities through allocated accounts & new business planned method & approach to win potential business at maximum Gross Margin.
  • Develop sales leads within a defined geographical territory through self-initiated approaches, cross selling, upselling, referrals.
  • Deal with customer complaints professionally and promptly.
  • Conduct quarterly customer visits to understand security requirements, increase customer portfolio, and minimise attrition.
  • Provide sales and technical presentations at customer premises or Securitas offices.
  • Engage in account planning and mapping, understanding client needs and security requirements.
  • Perform site surveys to assess security needs and maximise sales opportunities.
  • Complete survey designs and scope of works to NSI and company standards.
  • Identify and segment key accounts proactively.

Qualifications

  • Professional sales experience and good commercial awareness.
  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Relationship savvy to connect with various personalities.

  • Experience in the electronic security industry, managing accounts and sales processes.
  • Strong understanding of Access Control, CCTV, Intruder, and Fire systems.

  • Experience dealing with senior decision makers.
  • Track record of account growth, management, and new business in a multisite environment.
  • Results-oriented with 5+ years in fire and security industry.
  • Ability to draw up estimates, business proposals, and conduct technical surveys.
  • Experience in tender management.
  • Strategic perspective on relationship planning.
  • Knowledge of NSI and compliance standards.
  • Experience using CRM platforms.
