We have exciting opportunities for experienced Butchers & Trimmers to join our team at Pilgrim’s Europe – Spalding site!

Successful candidates will be required to work in our Butchery Department – Cutting, trimming & deboning Pork Shoulders and/or Legs.

Experience is required and more training will be provided on the job – great opportunity to gain career progression.

Key information:

  • Competitive rate of pay!

  • Contract Type: Full-Time Permanent/Direct
  • Shift: Monday to Friday
  • Hours: 06:30 – 16:00 including 2 breaks (45 hours)
  • Additional Productivity Bonus!*

*In addition to your hourly rate, you may be eligible to receive a discretionary productivity bonus once you’re signed off on minimum required task jobs on bonus lines. Depending on your skill level and performance, this can significantly boost your weekly wage!

  • Ensure product is processed according to Customer specifications
  • Work to meet production deadlines, doing your best at all times
  • Seek training to maintain skills and stay up to date with best practices
  • Work as part of a team and take responsibility for your own work
  • Comply with Company policies, H&S, and Food Safety Standards at all times
  • Carry out any other reasonable duties necessary to meet business needs
