The Humanities and Arts Department at Worcester Polytechnic Institute is regularly seeking part-time adjunct faculty to teachSpanish,German,Chinese,and Arabic.Modern Languagefacultyoffer language instruction throughintroductory courses,intermediateclasses, andadvancedtopic seminars.
We are looking for outstanding scholars, but successful candidates mustalsodemonstrate teaching excellence and versatility as well as an abilityto jumpintoanexisting curriculum with creative and critical pedagogical approaches.Asuccessful candidate shouldpossessnative or near-native proficiency in Spanish, German, Chinese, or Arabic andhold a PhDinanappropriate corresponding discipline.
