SHIFT PATTERN: 08:30 – 21:00
About Boston House:
Boston House provides slow stream Neuro Rehabilitation for 17 adults with complex needs following a brain injury. You will work with a Neuro-therapy team supporting ongoing rehabilitation goals.
If you have an NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care and are enthusiastic and committed to our values, this role may be for you!
Responsibilities:
- Managing a team of Support Workers and Therapy Assistants
- Providing high standards of care according to support plans
- Promoting community activities
- Reporting and maintaining records as per care plans
- liaising with health professionals and families
- Conducting supervisions and audits
- Ensuring duties are performed to standard and maintaining a positive, homely environment
