The Opportunity
Cochlear has an opportunity for a part-time Candidate Referral Specialist in our Weybridge team. This role is a part of our referral growth team, and supports candidates through their cochlear implant journey as part of a direct-to-consumer (DTC) campaign. You will be working closely with our passionate sales team, and take ownership of bi-weekly events as both an organiser and facilitator.
Responsibilities include:
- Support implant candidates with empathy and professionalism across all communication channels, guiding them through their journey and connecting them with Cochlear volunteers. Promote volunteer value to clinical partners and facilitate candidate events and education sessions.
- Provide logistical and volunteer support for candidate and professional events, ensuring smooth coordination and engagement. Empower volunteers through training and recognition.
- Manage candidate interactions and data via Salesforce, ensuring timely follow-up and GDPR compliance. Maintain accurate records and contribute to reporting.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to drive program success, share insights, and support team goals. Attend training and contribute to lead conversion efforts.
- Travel within the UK and internationally may be required for events and workshops.
- Drive process improvements, adopt new practices, and engage in continuous professional development to enhance customer-facing services.

Essential:
- Strong written, verbal and communication skills.

- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders; internal/external and influence forward momentum/action.
- Action oriented results that are balanced with both customer and business focus.
- Manage time and priorities effectively.
- Comfortable with computer systems, Microsoft Office suite & other enterprise software
Ideal:
- Knowledge of Audiology or hearing loss
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business related qualification
