Zodiac Recruitment are working with a highly reputable company in the East Midlands who are looking for a Graduate Planner to join their team. This is the perfect opportunity to kick-start your career in Town Planning with an excellent Consultancy.
The ideal candidate will have an RTPI accredited degree or will be working towards gaining this. Some experience in the planning industry is desired but not essential and you will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Your responsibilities as a Graduate Town Planner will include dealing with enforcement appeals, working on planning applications, providing planning advice to clients, and also dealing with appeals and negotiations.
