We are currently recruiting for a Meetings and Events Waiter/ess to join our Meetings & Events Operations Team at The Edwardian Manchester Hotel, A Radisson Collection Hotel. This position is available on a zero-hours basis.
Overview:
This is an excellent opportunity to join our team as a Meetings and Events Waiter/ess, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of meetings and events alongside Event Managers. You will deliver a high level of service with attention to detail under the guidance of our events management team.
About You:
- Previous experience in meetings and events operations or in a busy, quality-driven restaurant.
- Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lead, coach, and develop a team.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Passion for food and beverage, with an interest in current food trends.
