Despite their industry leading status, this small and close-knit team takes pride in their casual but dedicated ethos. They need an administration expert to ensure the smooth running of the office, in this pivotal position.

The successful applicant will be responsible for all day-to-day administration duties, dealing with general enquiries and quotations through to international travel arrangements and maintenance of the website.

Administrator Responsibilities:

The role is extremely varied and will include:

  • Office management
  • Shipping orders and issuing quotes
  • Invoicing and chasing payments
  • Negotiation with suppliers
  • Assistance with exhibition planning
  • Updating and maintaining the website

Our client is looking to recruit a multi-tasking, proactive, accurate and methodical individual. It is essential you have proven office-based experience, ideally within a multifaceted administration role.

It will be critical that you are an Advanced Microsoft Office user with knowledge of complex Excel functions, who is comfortable with database software and content management systems.

You will ideally be degree educated or equivalent, with those in the scientific or maths field being prioritised.
