Service Manager – Bishop\’s Stortford

Glyn Hopkin is seeking a Service Manager for our Bishop\’s Stortford site. The working hours are 7:30 am to 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday.

Ideal candidate qualities include:

  • Strong management and IT skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines with high accuracy
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Team player with good communication skills across all levels

Main duties include but are not limited to:

  • Managing various site, administrative, and management tasks
  • Providing friendly customer service when greeting clients
  • Liaising with the Foreman, Technicians, and Sales Manager
  • Handling customer queries and complaints
