Job Description:
Hexcel is a leader in advanced composite materials, including carbon fiber, woven reinforcements, resins, prepregs, honeycombs, and additive manufactured parts. We are seeking four (3) Student Workers for our Operations, Quality, and R&T teams for a year-long industrial placement in 2025 in Duxford, UK.
Responsibilities may include:
- Supporting the build of a new document management system
- Investigating and implementing systems for managing best practices and lessons learned
- Updating global procedures
- Cleaning and verifying data, automating processes
- Data analysis of key quality characteristics
- Supporting digital data transfer initiatives
Qualifications:
- Working towards or recent graduate in Chemistry, Polymer Chemistry, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Data Analytics/Science
- Strong English communication skills
